Building projects can be complicated, calling on many skills, requiring a lot of faith to be placed in a builder you barely know. Even for a small project, this can be hard, but for a large project, a good outcome is critical and a trustworthy contractor is essential.
If that project is in France, and you live in England, everything gets more precarious. Without, perhaps, knowledge of culture or fluency in language and not able to visit frequently enough to keep an eye on the project, a lot rests on your choice of builder.
By making my business trust and reliability, rather than building, I help you to get around that perennial problem of choosing and trusting your builder. I trust my builders because they rely on me for future work, and I rely on their good work to protect my business reputation with you.
It's not that simple, of course: I set and control standards, I am involved in design, scheduling, timely delivery and all that goes with making a project work well. But my stock-in-trade and service to you is my integrity, trustworthiness and reliability.

With a past as a Chartered Engineer and project manager, Louisa, Company Director, brings together architects, builders and artisans to offer quality building work on residential property around the Cote d'Azur.
Louisa started the company in 2012 after realising how bringing all the right people together, adding a feminine touch and some good down-to-earth engineering 'common sense' would make a project run smoothly and efficiently.
She now has that team working well, covering the Cote d'Azur from Cannes to Menton, including Nice, Antibes, Valbonne and Grasse.
